At the end of the 19th century, two kids – children of engineers working on the Suez Canal – are kidnapped in the heart of the African continent. The children manage to escape from the hands of their captors along with two African children and embark on a journey across the harsh yet breathtakingly beautiful African landscape. Their adventure is full of obstacles, dangers, and fun as they learn about life, the value of friendship, and the love of family on their quest to get back home.
