Seventeen
yr. old Jared is dating his first serious girlfriend, Rachel,
& his best mate Ricko, a local surf legend, has returned
home. Jared decides to throw a welcome party for Ricko at
the local surf club. The party is the event of the yr., but
gets out of control. The next morning the entire community
is in shock with the news that Tracy, a 15 year old girl,
has been raped & murdered. As the police close in, Jared
learns the darker truth behind what happened to Tracy.
